San Juan Unified School District, in partnership with the United College Action Network (U-CAN), will be hosting the annual Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Recruitment Fair on Thursday, Sept. 12 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at El Camino Fundamental High School.
