Attention Students: Modified Schedules on the First Two Days of School
Mira Loma High School will follow modified schedules on Thursday, August 13, and Friday, August 14 to support a successful start to the school year. On Thursday, August 13, all students will begin at 8:30 a.m. and follow a modified “Short Thursday” schedule, which includes an extended 4th period for important video presentations, staff introductions, school expectations, and student surveys. School will end at 2:20 p.m. On Friday, August 14, freshmen will report at 8:30 a.m. for Freshman Orientation, while all returning students will have a late start and report at 10:00 a.m. Students will then attend all six class periods, with school ending at the regular time of 3:35 p.m. Please review the schedules carefully and plan accordingly for both days.
No zero period will run on August 13th or 14th.
