Principal's Message
Dear Mira Loma Community,
On behalf of our teachers, staff, and administration, welcome to the 2026–2027 school year!
As Principal of Mira Loma High School, I am filled with tremendous gratitude, excitement, and pride. Returning to Mira Loma is deeply personal because this school helped shape not only my educational journey, but also the person and educator I have become. As a proud Mira Loma alumna, I experienced firsthand the power of a school community that challenged students to think critically and embrace global perspectives.
Over the past fifteen years, I have had the privilege of serving students and families as a teacher, Curriculum and Instruction Specialist, and administrator. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to supporting student achievement, strengthening school culture, and building systems that help every student succeed. I look forward to continuing Mira Loma's proud tradition of academic excellence and global education.
As we begin this new school year, our exceptional teachers, counselors, and staff are committed to ensuring every student feels challenged, supported, and connected. Whether through academics, athletics, visual and performing arts, clubs, leadership, service, career pathways, cultural organizations, or the many traditions that make Mira Loma so special, we want every student to find a place where they belong and can thrive.
Strong schools are built through partnership, and we are grateful for the support of our families, alumni, and community members. Your involvement and collaboration play a vital role in the exceptional educational experience that defines Mira Loma High School. We look forward to working alongside you throughout the year as we continue to build upon our rich traditions while embracing new opportunities for innovation and growth.
Mira Loma has a remarkable legacy, and an even brighter future lies ahead. Together, we will continue to create a school where every student feels seen, supported, inspired, and empowered to achieve their fullest potential.
Thank you for your continued partnership and for making Mira Loma such a special place. We look forward to an outstanding 2026–2027 school year and all that we will accomplish together.
Let’s go, Mighty Matadors!
